YARN YARN YARN, AND MORE YARN!!

Our yarn for the fall season is starting to drift in, and here it is. We can't even get it on the shelves, we are selling it out of the office. This picture is some of the new yarn from Jo Sharp, and from Reynolds. See the lamb, he is exhausted from unpacking it.

This is a picture of half of the order that is left to be unpacked. Tons of Lopi and lite Lopi, including 12 new colors of lopi for the store

And this, is a picture of 1/2 the new Malabrigo order to arrive yesterday. Only 8 Huge boxes. In these boxes are 30 colors of the great Malabrigo yarn. We have also started selling this out of the box because you just can't wait for me to get this yarn out to get it because it moves soo quickly.

Is it really July already?

We have been so busy here at the store. In May we had Annie Modesitt here to teach and it was so great. Here is a cocoon shrug that one of our customers has made from one of Annie's Patterns. It is absolutely gorgeous!

We have had a new shipment of bags come in from Namaste and they are sooooo cool. We have a few Messenger style bags left, a couple Executive bags, and a couple needle bags left.

We now have the Noni Felted bag and flower patterns in and here is my bag and flower drying and blocking. I have to sew handles on and do the finishing but here it is looking like a tootsie roll. These are such fun patterns to make. We have another one here in the shop that Sara has made and it looks like stained glass.

Better late then never. This is our new friend Jack. He comes occasionally to the shop to play with Molly. He loves mohair and felted bags.

This is our next shipment of Buttons. These arrived yesterday and they are so cute. There are farm animals, lighthouses, flowers, dogs, cats, cows, and many many more.

This month at the shop is Christmas in July. We are doing 2 things. Christmas decorations, and Christmas projects. If you want to be an early bird and get started on your Christmas project knitting, come on in and we will help you get going.
