New Delicious Yarn!!!!

It has come. Yeah. Two of the most yummy yarns from The Fibre Company.
They are................

Terra (Merino Wool, Baby Alpaca, and Silk)

Road to China ( Baby Alpaca, Silk, Camel, and Cashmere)............................

The Road to China yarn is what is used in our Road to Luxury Hat class. It is so soft.
Look for a model of the hat sometime next week in the store.

Fall at Lambikin's

So, it is the middle of September already, and we are busy trying to get all the new yummies out onto the shelves.

I thought that being closed for a week would get the job done, but I have found out that I am a tad slower these days. We have so many new yarns in it is hard where to find a place to put them.

To list a few, we have a new shipment of Cashsoft DK, Aran, and Chunky, and Tapestry from Rowan. We have a bunch of new colors of Cascade 220 Superwash in, from Crystal Palace we have Merino 5 and Taos, from Misti Alpaca we have a new huge shipment of Chunky, worsted, lace weight, and hand dyed worsted baby alpaca. We have a new shipment of Malabrigo worsted and lace weight. This is just naming a few of the new fall yarns that have arrived.

The colors for fall are awesome, as usual. We have many new pattern books, books, and a new needle shipment as well.

Very important is our new shipment of Passion, our silk yarn. We have all of the colors back in plus a new gold color for fall.

The new arrangement of the shop has received great reviews. I promise I will post some pictures soon. Right now I have the camera full of pictures of Miss Z. I can't help it.

In teacher news, we have 5 spots left for the Beth Brown-Reinsel class. This is going to be a great weekend(December 1st and 2nd) so if you want to do a little Fair- Isling and Cutting, come on in to sign up.

Our Fashion Show/Yarn tasting is almost full, so if you want to participate in that Sunday(October 14), give us a call or come in to the store to sign up.

And last, I do have a new picture of Miss Z up on my blog, Phantom Knitter.
