Projects, Yarn, and Knitalongs!!
Some pictures of projects being made out of some of the new fall yarn.
This is a sock being made from Claudia. There are over 12 colors of this great yarn here in the store for socks. This is a fingering weight washable merino wool.
As promised, this is my sweater that I am making out of the Naturwolle. It is a Brioche Stitch pattern and this yarn works great for this.
Now, Tomorrow is October 1st. This means it is time for Malabrigo. Yes, October is our Malabrigo Knit along month. We are going to start sweaters out of this awesome yarn. For those who have their Malabrigo stash, Get ready to start. If you need ideas for a project, come on in on Monday and we will help you get started. For those of you who don't have any Malabrigo yet, come on in and we will help you pick a project and a color. The picture below is our Malabrigo wall and all of the colors that are available.

New Yarn At Lambikins!!!
We have had some new yarn deliveries this week and here are a few samples for your yarn taste buds.
This is Jamieson's Simply Shetland Dk weight wool. Yummy. It is great for those Fair Isle projects or for felting.
This is our fall shipment of Muench's Naturwolle yarn. This yarn is a chunky multi colored wool that works great in any type of pattern.
This is Twizzle and Barefoot from Mountain Colors. Look at the colors, need I say more?
One skein of Twizzle will make a pair of socks, and it only takes 5-7 skeins for an adult sweater.
Our new shipments of Dale of Norway Falk and Baby Ull have arrived as well, and we have new colors in both of those.
I have projects started out of all of these new yarns and will get some pictures posted soon.

Aloha Sara!!!!
Sara, We will miss you! For all who don't know, our good friend Sara is leaving early tomorrow for her new life in Maui. We will miss her , and we wish her well.

Part of our lives these past 2 1/2 years.
Bon Voyage, I expect to see your picture with a palm tree and the beach very soon.
Now, even though wool is crazy and out of the picture, I expect to see a project out of sugar cane soon!!! :)
Maybe even palm husk or coconut husk:)
We had a great party for Sara last Thursday, Thank you to everyone who came to say goodbye.
